Upgraded bank systems & terms and conditions of services and contracts

31.01.2018

We are currently upgrading our bank systems in Danske Bank and will be transferring them to a single platform in all three Baltic States as of 1 April 2018. Thanks to the new systems we will be able to serve clients with international business needs even more effectively.

The main changes accompanying the introduction of the new bank systems are outlined on the Danske Bank website at www.danskebank.ee/changes.

If you have any questions, e-mail us at info at danskebank dot ee, call us on 6 800 800 or contact your relationship manager directly.

Main changes

  • The terms and conditions of many services and contracts will be changing on 1 April. You can review them online at www.danskebank.ee/changes. If the amendments are not acceptable to you, you have the right to immediately terminate the contract(s) you have entered into with the Bank. To do so, submit a written notice of termination to the Bank and perform all of your outstanding obligations arising from the contract(s). Regarding amendments to contracts that are not mentioned on the website, we will inform clients who have entered into such contracts separately.
  • In future we will be presenting new bank systems and the terms and conditions of contracts and services in Estonian and English. We will continue to serve customers in Russian, but the new bank systems, documents and information materials will only be available in Estonian and English.
  • As a result of updates to our products, the price list of Danske Bank will change from 1 April 2018. You can examine it in full online at www.danskebank.ee/changes.
  • Our website (www.danskebank.ee) will also be updated starting from April. From it you will be able to continue logging in to the Internet Bank as normal.

Planned interruptions to service

  • In connection with the transfer to the new technical platform, the use of a number of bank services will be interrupted from 30 March to 2 April. There will also be interruptions in electronic channels: ATMs will not be affected, but bank card operations may be disrupted for short periods at night.
  • Due to the transfer to the new platform, the bank will be debiting the monthly service fees for March from your account earlier than usual (on 30/31 March at the latest) and will pay interest for depositing the funds in your account on 31 March.
  • We will inform you about the interruptions to our services in more detail in mid-March.
